My wife and I rented a hotel room and went to the workshop in the morning. I was admitted immediately and I was assured that the car would be repaired immediately. After three hours, everything was fixed and we continued our journey. Very professional service and decent prices. Thank you Ellis.

When i called about the skid plate the owner or the guy at the desk laughed at me and told me to buy a new one. Lakefeilds finest in full effect.iwould never recommend these people the man at the desk was very rude and sarcastic.

I called Don and explained the situation. I had to have it towed there and was worried about being stranded. He was able to look at my vehicle within an hour and found the problem. He was professional, polite and efficient!! I was prepared for it to be a lot of work and an expensive fix. Thankfully he didn’t rip me off. I left smiling and highly satisfied:) I would highly recommend this shop and commend Don for being an honest man.

I explained my situation to the staff and they brought me right in, checked the pressure and added air to all four tires free of charge. Thank you so much to the staff who made a difficult day much better!

I coasted in to Ellis as my car was breaking down and within a half hour I went from panicking to driving off the lot in a loaner for the weekend. By Monday morning the car was ready, for much cheaper as they gave me an estimate for the most likely issue and only charged me for what was actually wrong. I guarantee if I had ended up anywhere else, there’s no way my experience would have gone as smoothly. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a mechanic. Thank you for saving my birthday weekend!
