★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a great shopping experience, if you can say that about buying tires. Another major tire shop in town said they weren't interested in price matching with Costco. Kal Tire said they would beat any advertised price by 5 percent. I like to shop locally and will pay more to do so, but to beat Costco - dragon slayer! Then Stan at the front had me think about the Michelin Defender since I didn't do anything really off-road. He knew his stuff - it was a better fit and an awesome tire. Finally, they changed my spare out with the best tire from the 4 I had changed out at no charge. Wow... if there might be better out there somewhere, but not much better. 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kal tire is usually phenomenal but not this location eze they would not repair my tire till tomorrow.. I am sure if your local everything goes good but I've never been laughed at before As I am on the road and in transit and needed to get going today not tomorrow did not matter here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had okay service when I had my F150 in for new tires, noticed another customer without a mask come in and nothing was said. I went on a trip up north and got a low air pressure alarm after a few days. 27 PSI when the pressure should've been 35, not really a big issue. But when I checked the driver side front tire (just in case) I noticed this tire had DOUBLE the pressure @ 76 PSI. Not too happy about that or the technician that overfilled my tire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a tire to be fixed, they told us it was Ruined. Could not be fixed. They wanted to sell us 2 new tires though instead. Oh and had no used at all. Hmph imagine a tire store with no used tires.Took it another place and they fixed it. I will not be returning, he was so sheepish when I picked my tire up it was pretty telling. Wanted a $400 sale instead of $31
