They treat their clients like family and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here. I always leave thrilled with my cut, colour and styling. I was impressed at my most recent visit with their adherence to Covid protocols, the cleanliness of the salon, the professionalism of the staff, and their efforts to make clients feel safe and comfortable. I’ll never go anywhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to make an emergency appointment to correct bad, brassy highlights. The receptionist was very nice, and she fit me in within just a few days. During my appointment, Rachel took the time to really look at my hair and talk to me. I so appreciated her detailed and analytical approach to my colour correction, she was a total professional. And her hard work yielded gorgeous results, as she not only fixed the problem, my colour looks better than it has in years. Thank you Rachel for helping me love my hair again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place because of my hairdresser but also love the routine of a trip out to Lakefield on Saturday mornings. Very flexible if I want just a trim and to squeeze my son in. Nice people and a lovely spot in a great little town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a last minute lash and lift service. The people were very friendly. However, it was quite a disappointing experience. The price advertised was incorrect and tried to charge me an extra $30. After talking to the owner they agreed to offer me the advertised priced. After finishing my appointment my eyelashes were not even curled. I was very disappointed and decided to voice my opinion, which I never do. They told me that it was my eyelashes that didn’t take the solution and to sleep on it to see if I still didn’t like it; which I didn’t since they still very not curled after “sleeping on it”. I was leaving on vacation the next day and they were closing so didn’t make it anymore of an issue. For $80 I was very disappointed since I’ve had a lash lift done before and when I voiced my option on not being happy with them they dismissed me. Will not be returning.
