Ellen took over as our realtor in November after our house had been on the market for over a year. She walked side by side with us through this process, with so much love and support. What could have been a stressful time, was magical and ended in such JOY for us…. I was extremely lucky to have Ellen as my realtor. With the housing market as crazy as it was this year, finding a house within my budget was extremely tough. Every house that we looked at was either gone within hours of being listed or would sold far above asking. After 2 deals fell through because of house inspections my hope was diminishing.
