★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience working with Darrin as the seller's agent. He was very deceitful, argumentative and often downright rude and condescending. He actually called the business where I chose to buy my appliances from and pretended to be me in order to gain access to my confidential invoice information to share with the Seller to try and get out of paying the full credit that was owed to me as per our contract. When the appliance store called me tell me what happened; I was obviously very distraught as it felt very fraudulent. When I called and left Century 21 a message, describing his behavior, I got no response.... Darrin, and his client (the builder), have both been incredibly difficult to deal with. There is at least 4 or 5 things outstanding from our contract that have yet to be honored, including the appliance credit and some critical finishing work to the house. I believe Darrin is giving his client very poor advice on how to proceed. After all this I still have to work with the builder (Seller), so I feel very stuck in a situation that has been unpleasant from start to finish.
