I've been to Elios a few times now and always leave feeling happy, better, and well informed. Recently I went for a massage with Raphael and left feeling 2 inches taller and so relaxed. The whole of the Elios team are fantastic and fun to be around. I look forward to my visits!

I saw Warren for a climbing injury and had a great experience. He is skilled, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Would recommend for all injuries but definitely if you need specialized services for climbing injuries. Convenient location as well!

I love working with the Elios staff! I've been seeing Enzo for massages to release some old skiing injuries, and I've also worked with Len on past finger injuries and Dr. Buse for nutrition. They are all incredibly knowledgeable and they care a lot about their patient's health and recovery. It's great to work with practitioners who are heavily involved in climbing and outdoor sports so you can have an in-depth discussion about injuries and recovery. Would highly recommend!

The clinic is brand new, the website is easy to navigate and they do direct billing as well. They also text you helpful appointment reminders. I sprained my knee skiing (LCL) and booked my first appointment online with Warren Nichols. He is super kind, patient and knowledgeable and following his advice I was able to get back into running swiftly. Thank you so much Warren!

Len is so patient and knowledgeable! I went to see him about a finger sprain due to silversmithing and he was able to find the injury and give some exercises to work my strength back. He even gave me advice for rock climbing with my finger. I really like how (unlike some clinics) Len didn’t move between patients for the length of the appointment and worked with me the whole time. Highly recommend seeing him!

Saw Warren for neck / shoulder pain most likely from my desk job. He was incredibly helpful and enjoyable to work with! Very approachable, always punctual and generous with his time, and helped me feel tons better. Definitely recommend!

I saw Warren for physio a few years ago, about a year and a half after a bike accident where I got hit by a car. I had some lasting injuries that were getting exasperated by my profession (Hairstylist); mainly neck, shoulder, arms, and wrists. He is very kind, knowledgeable, firm but not rude at all ( we all sometimes need a little accountability to keep up our exercises at home!). He was the first body worker (I had quite a few before Warren) who suggested I strengthen my forearms to relieve the wrist pain I'd been having since an injury I had when I was 18, and it helped SO MUCH (before him I only got recommendations to stretch my wrists and stretching without the proper stability made the pain/inflammation worse). I recommend Warren to all my clients who need physio knowing they will be well taken care of.

I started to see Warren in late 2021 for a finger injury from rock climbing. Warren is very knowledgeable, nice and easy to talk to. As a climber himself, he was very great to work with on a climbing specific injury. After only a few appointments and following the rehab plan, I'm back to climbing pain free! I would highly recommend Warren and Elios Health to anyone.
