The WORST company in the entire gaming industry today. They wrenched the crown from Ubisoft for that title and they wear it with pride. Embarrassed they have an office in Kitchener. Shame on you EA

Never buying any game that comes out of ea. The worst company out there, you can't even get a hold of them. They even put a fake phone number on this page.

EA. Goodness. More like Electronic Money. This cashgrab company is... a cashgrab company. Now I love a majority of games from them, mainly The Sims and Madden. But both are going downhill. The Sims 4 is getting better, but it's never gonna be as good as The Sims 3 and 2. And besides, they have about a million cashgrab stuff packs that are just about as good as Katy Perry Sweet Treats from the Sims 3. And Madden is being ruined by Ultimate Team or whatever it's called. But even though all of this bad stuff is a thing, EA is still a good company. They just need to not focus on the money and instead focus on the people and the quality.

Honestly, how do you get into contact with a human that can deal with my problems I'm having with my games, I've literally been looking for days to find their number but still haven't gotten any phone number to call to ask for help and I even tried emailing you guys and there has been no response and I'm honestly ashamed of this company, stating they strive for excellence in customer service yet I haven't gotten any service at all and I pay quite a bit of money for your services and games and to not even be able to play them is just stupidity. Until my problem is solved I wont change the review.

I have no idea what to do so I guess I'm posting here. Last year (2020) around March I purchased a game bundle of Sims 4 (1 EP, 1 GP, 1 SP) to add to my base game. After buying the game my husband was unsure of the charge and flagged it on our card. I noticed when my account got banned and my games disappeared. I checked my bank and when I realized what happened I immediately called my bank to allow the charge and then went on EA help to fix the issue. I included copies of my bank statement showing the initial charge and cancellation, then the most recent, updated charge that went through to prove that EA had indeed received the money for the games. After emailing back and forth with a rep, they unlocked my suspended account and "closed the case", but did not put my games back onto my account so I could not play them. I reached back out and was told they could not give me my games back and told me to make sure I didn't purchase them through a third party. When I explained that I bought the games directly through them they ceased all communication with me and "closed" the second case. Since then I have tried to open multiple cases, including screen shots that prove they received the money and that it went directly to them, not a third-party. I have been repeatedly ignored, even when asking for a customer service phone number to talk directly to someone to fix the issue. Trying to log-in today I find that my account is again suspended/banned and the website won't even let me "open a case" to talk to someone. Anyone know how I can solve this or speak to someone to figure this out? I am so fed up with EA and them stealing my games/money. I will never spend money with EA again!

I would give zero if I could not going to even justify this one star just look at the other reviews. It was a bad company 30 years ago and not much has changed. When you review them don’t use your full name they are pretty vindictive, just a warning.
