If you like Ramen noodles this is the place to go. The broth is so fresh and unique, the noodles are exquisite! Those bagged Ramen noodles in the grocerie stores are like the equivalent to eating week old microwaved covered in gristle 6 Oz steak vs a fresh cooked cast iron skilit perfect Japanese kolbe beef 10 Oz. I would recommend ANYONE who likes Ramen to try this place and you will never go anywhere else.

The atmosphere and the service were great! The ramen wasn't as authentic as I wished it was, too oily and salty, the base didn't exactly go with it either. Their brussel sprout side dish was amazing tho

Solid ramen restaurant in Kitchener. I've been there twice and both times was a hit. Not the best ramen I've ever had, bit they didn't miss anything in terms of service, food, or otherwise. If you're in the mood for ramen, or if you're not sure what you want, you can't go wrong with crafty ramen!

This was an average Ramen place ...that being said I think because it was take out it takes away from it a bit....when I got home I had to add some sauces to enhance the flavors as well....the egg wasn't included which personally I don't understand why some Ramen places have it as an ad on

Our first time at this place and we choose to dine-in. I would rate the food 3/5, compared to other places I have had more flavourful ramen bowl, the chicken tantan men that I ordered was extremely heavy on the sesame, so much so that it was difficult to drink the both. Karaage, the Japanese fried chicken was also a bit dry for my taste. For the service, I assume they are still operating in sort of a hybrid mode, where you had to order and pay at the counter first, including the tip (you loose the tip if you ask for it even before I see the food) and then the food is delivered to your seat. Pretty ordinary and a lot more room for improvement, hopefully soon once the businesses are back at capacity. Would probably return to try other items to hopefully improve the ratings.

It was our first time coming to Crafty Ramen and I must say that they exceeded all of our expectations. We ordered the special of the month which was the Oni Chicken Ramen. It had glazed Karaage and I believe the broth was made with Gochujang. The whole dish was delicious and all the elements really completed each other. The decor and ambience was also super nice and their service was great. Would definitely come back to try their other ramens!

I’ve never been disappointed by Crafty! Love the story behind the small business, love the atmospheric, LOVE the ramen ? they have drinks on tap as well as authentic cuisine with flexibility. I’m a HUGE fan of their vegan dishes. They are literally amazing. I cannot recommend enough.

This is a hip and creative ramen spot in Kitchener. They have a wide selection on the menu, a little more pricey than others. Service was so-so but the ramen was delicious. Broth was full of flavour, not salty but could've used a bit more.. and the noodles are chewy, the way it should be. They do give big pieces of the protein which is nice. Would come back again.
