Please stay away from this company and their appliances. I'm pretty sure this is just a big scam. Their customers service is trash. They will yell at you and hang up on you or sometimes you'll get this message about how their call volume is high and they aren't accepting any calls at this time. Sometimes they leave an option for call back sometimes they won't. No one looks at the notes. You have to plead your case every time starting from zero. I'm pretty sure they do this so you get frustrated and stop calling them. If you like your blood pressure to stay normal don't buy anything from them.

poor poor service. I can go on and on about my dissatisfaction, but all i can say is...do NOT buy Electrolux/Frigidaire products. The customer service rep really ahd no intention of helping me other than just dictating policy. Now that I see other reviews, i wish i would have looked at them before and i would NEVER bought the dishwasher. Lesson Learned. If they don't look after their customers, then someone else will.

This is the worst company to deal with when you have a problem with warranty and repair. No one answers the phone and their regional service staff delay the work till the warranty time passes and then want to gauge you. Better to get appliances from other brands. Even the lazy CEO doesn’t reply the letters sent to him. I guess this culture comes from the TOP. Would love to give them a ZERO.

I concur with previous comments... This Company offers no service, they hang up the phone on you when ask for a Manager, they always claim that their β€œback office will handle the request” and someone will call you back and no one ever does!! Below are pictures of my new fridge, look at the doors! It was very apparent after the delivery men left and the plastic film was removed. Been trying to get this resolved since January and still no response from Frigidaire\Electrolux!!

We have an Electrolux Washing Machine and Dryer, both still under the warranty period. The Washing Machine door seal (door bellows) developed 2 rips in it and due to that the Washing Machine started leaking ... actually flooded our laundry room. I phoned Electrolux (Frigidaire) for service and was told they could not locate a service technician in our area. I was told that my support request would be accelerated and given over to another team to help me with the service. Well that was 3 weeks ago and I have never heard anything back. I went ahead and purchased a new door seal for a bit over $100.00 and installed it myself. THANKS FOR NOTHING Electrolux/Frigidaire. Last time I will purchase one of your products !

I wish I had read the reviews on it before making any decisions. Bought a frigidaire refrigerator and exactly after warranty the compressor died. They made me pay an extended warranty fee and replaced it. Exactly 2 years later this one is now totally gone. Compressor died. What a terrible experience. I am sick of calling Customer Service and explaining my story numerous times. Seems like a joke for the fridge to completely stop working.Owned a fridge for 18years before and had no issues

Horrible company. Never buy anything from them. Purchased a over-the-counter Frigidaire microwave oven through Home depot online back in Dec and we have been having issues with it (Sparks coming through) since day 1. They are not ready to replace it as well. Asked us to contact a service centre, who told us they have to replace 5 parts 1 month back. When we called Electrolux they have been ignorant and are now telling us parts are not available. We have not been able to use this microwave for even a single day. Why can't you just replace it when it's under warranty? We even paid money for a technician to fix it. I will never buy another one from your company. Really bad customer service.

If you throw the dice and get an issue you are pretty much SOL buying Electrolux. I Bought a dryer (EFMC627UIW) delivered Nov 24th 2020, this dryer has not worked since its arrival. The electrolux service rep came once and diagnosed it with motherboard failure. Electrolux called twice to verify the model and serial number to order the part. They called another time to say the part has come in during the summer. It is now October 6th 2021 and nobody has fixed this machine !!! I must of called over 80 times speaking to all their third parties they claimed to of referred my repair to, and still nothing. I called today and they now have no record of me calling in. I ended up ordering another set (washer and dryer combo) for my investment property and the washer (EFLW317TIW) was missing the bottom half of the drum and flooded my whole upstairs. I have called and emailed everyone in the Canadian office with the hopes of escalation and no response. This company was always known as the β€˜best,’ this is clearly a fraudulent claim; no way I get two lemons right? Pictures of the washer attached so you can see the lack of QA within this company.
