They were great, came the same day, investigated and determined the issue - a ceiling fan. The provided recommendations and once I purchased the new fans they returned. They switched out the boxes to heavy duty, installed the fans and fixtures and replaced a few other light switches. Excellent work as always! I know I am getting the best service and price when I use Electrical Elite. If you need a responsible electrician that will show up, explain what the issues are and fix them, then call Electrical Elite! This is the second time I have used Electrical Elite for work at my home and promote them to my friends and family. My garage was very dark as still had the old builder socket so I decided it was time for an upgrade. I reached out to Steve, shared my issue, what I was looking for and asked for a recommendation. He was very responsive, ensured he had all the information and them gave me a solid recommendation including a quote. We booked the installation for a couple days later, and his team arrived on time, explained what he would be doing, did a great job installing, cleaned up the area then walked me through what was done to ensure my complete satisfaction. Now I can see everywhere in my garage very easily, and do not have to worry about climbing ladders to change bulbs. Finding a trustworthy company is getting to be more of a challenge, so if you are looking for an electrician, Electrical Elite is the perfect choice!
