★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly. Seem very knowledgeable about products. The one girl had pointed me towards a peach fuzz e-liquid. Have to say it is very tasty in a RTA. They also ordered me some coil wire after I went and asked. They didn't have any but she was awesome and ordered some for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a joke now. Ever since Fat Panda bought them out there's never any product. No juice or coils. I feel bad for the guys working there and having to deal with head office. I will be going to Regina from now on where they actually have product IN STOCK to sell to customers.

I'm super impressed with their knowledge base and exceptional customer service. And it didn't cost me anywhere near what I thought it would. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been shopping at fat panda in Regina for quite a while. After relocating to moose jaw I have had nothing but disappointment with the moose jaw location... for that reason I went to electric fog yesterday. The gentleman behind the counter was amazing...
He greeted me with a smile.
Didn't rush me to juice my products.
Had ample knowledge about each product and the flavors and expectations of each.
This store may be a branch off sister company of fat panda... but its way better.. ill be shopping here from now on!
