P	Pidgey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service and atmosphere. Has a cool blue/pink neon 80s theme and the drinks fit the mood. They are all super tasty, my bf's favourite is the Parrot Punch, mine is the Sour Cherry Blaster. The food is also delicious and portion sizes are nice. Big shoutout to the amazing staff, in particular Kat, Shae, and Andrew for helping handle a concerning situation that occurred with another customer with absolute grace, discretion, and immediate attention.
J	Joanna Nicole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 10 stars I would. I came here last Saturday for a Birthday dinner and tried their Classic Fried Chicken Burger with Greens. Hands down the BEST chicken sandwich I've ever had. The chicken was cooked perfectly, was super crispy and seasoned perfect with a delicious dry rub. Not to mention, their "awesome sauce" is absolutely delicious... I could honestly drink it. If they sold their awesome sauce on the side I would buy it by the bottle. We had ordered a starter of frites to share as we were starving and none of us could get enough. I've been thinking about this meal and that sauce ever since... Will definitely be back! Oh yeah, the vibe in this place is also great, the staff were incredibly efficient and super friendly. 10/10!

Menu choices are great and I imagine their late night menu is a bit of happy time. I would be totally down for their cocktails and next time I'll try their hot chocolate.

I wanted more meat on the reuben but a nod to the kitchen for accommodating my lettuce wrap request! Sidewalks were slippery; after inquiring I guess there is a private owner who is supposed to clear it but doesn't regularly ?. Happy for the warm weather approaching and to give this place another go - drinks were yum (when are they not haha).

It was super great, with a variety of delicious options. Today a girlfriend and I went over for a dinner/quick bite type of vibe & I’ve never been more disappointed. The atmosphere was super dope with all their great throwback Jams, movies/games but the service/food were absolute TRASH. I unfortunately ordered the Classic Fried Chicken burger and got a burger COMPLETELY opposite. When I made the complaint to my server, the plate was still left on my table AT LEAST 40 minutes after the complaint. When they came over to collect the plates, they asked me if I wanted a to go container even after i told my server I didn’t enjoy the dish. When leaving I brought it up to someone whom I thought was the manager and all that was said was that “we are sorry but if all you didn’t like was 1 item on the burger we can’t do anything about it”. After expressing how much I genuinely just didn’t enjoy the taste, At the time I hadn’t realized they gave me a compete different order. Just the way they handled that situation was completely full of disregard of the customers dislikes. I will most certainly NEVER return and don’t recommend this place at All. Yea the pictures look good but that’s about it. It’s one thing for the food to not be so great as I’d return for their drink menu, but with such service, NO THANK YOU. ✌??
D	Dirty Dan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did "Heated outdoor dining" around 8pm. It's a bit chilly but it's comfortable when the heaters get going. Anyways, the food and service were both top notch. Probably my favorite food spot in Hess as it stands. (Sorry Amigos, you're just so darn expensive). I got the daily feature, their take on a Big Mac. And it really wowed me. I've had other restaurants do this gimmick and fail, but here they actually vastly exceeded what they were copying. DELICIOUS! And the fries were no slouch either, this may sound like hyperbole but they might be the best fries I've ever had out. Very thin shoestring fries, which I love, but they avoided being overdone and managed to have so much flavor. Give this place a shot, try the Big Ronald if it's the daily special!

I haven't had their breakfast before but my friend told me that he went 2 days in a row because it was that good. I will definitely be back to try more.
A	Allen Tedjo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good food. Fast service. Upstairs was nice enough. Not sure if it has the same lively vibe during the day as when it's busy at night but it was still good. Friendly staff. Fish and chips were good albeit a bit salty. Great texture. Strawberry cheesecake waffles were good, nice and fluffy, bit too sweet for me but my company liked them. Drinks are good will come back to try more for sure.
