Pour des raisons inconnues, la personne avec qui nous avons un entretien s'est présenté avec 30 minutes de retard (entretien en vidéoconférence)
60 minutes plus tard, aucune information détaillée concernant notre partenariat n'a été évoquée.
Cette rencontre a été plutôt une conversation à sens unique concernant les exploits et expériences personnelles de la personne en question.
De plus, l'image professionnelle que reflétait cette personne était loin de répondre à des standards juridiques.
L'information que nous avions reçue concernant les honoraires applicables ne correspondait pas au montant facturé.
La facture n'était pas ventilée, donc il est difficile de comprendre ce que le montant facturé représente.
Expérience à proscrire.
Définitivement, nous ne ferons pas affaire avec cette firme pour la création de notre convention.

For unknown reasons, the person we interviewed showed up 30 minutes late (videoconference interview)
60 minutes later, no detailed information about our partnership was mentioned.
Rather, this meeting was a one-sided conversation about the personal achievements and experiences of the person in question.

The information we had received regarding the applicable fees did not match the amount invoiced.

Definitely, we will not do business with this firm for the creation of our agreement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service courtoi, effectivement ils n'y sont pas allé de gant blanc avec moi, m'ont dit la vérité sur mon dossier risque qu'à m'en déplaire, au moins je savais à quoi m'attendre et au final plus que satisfait , au delà de mes attentes, service personnalisé, de bonne idée innovatrice, à l'écoute de mon besoin. Je leur donne un A+
Courteous service, indeed they did not go with a white glove with me, told me the truth about my file, I might not like it, at least I knew what to expect and in the end more than satisfied , beyond my expectations, personalized service, good innovative idea, attentive to my needs. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with Ekitas and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. They failed to understand my inquiry and needs. They were contradicting and inefficient with their answers and consultations. Finally, I was devastated by their lack of transparency when I received the final bill and charges. If you want to know my reasons in details please see attached file. Upon contacting them regarding my concerns, no action was taken and I was simply brushed off by the secretary.
