J'ai confié tout mon dossier au bureau Colas, plus précisément au plus jeune comptable du groupe et j'en suis très satisfait. Mon dossier a été passé en revu sur les 4 dernières années pour en prendre connaissance des les moindres détails, la communication avec mon conseillé est efficace et réactive. Je n'ai vraiment rien à redire sur leur travail. I have worked with several accountants (firm and / or freelance) since I started working and I often had concerns due to the complexity of my situation: employee & self-employed. I entrusted my entire file to the Colas office, more precisely to the youngest accountant in the group and I am very satisfied with it. My file has been reviewed over the past 4 years to take note of the smallest details, communication with my advisor is efficient and responsive. I really have no complaints about their work.

J'attends pour savoir si mes impôts sont prêts depuis plus de 2 semaines. Je n'ai même pas pu dire 1 mot et elle avait déjà raccroché. Je donne 1 étoile parce que je n'ai pas le choix mais sinon ça serait zéro. Je suis très déçue et j'irai ailleurs à partir de maintenant tant que ce sera cette nulle qui réponds au téléphone. The secretary is bad and disrespectful. She deserves to be fired. She hung up on me several times. I am waiting to see if my taxes are ready for more than 2 weeks. I could not even say a word and she had already hung up. I give 1 star because I have no choice but otherwise it would be zero. I am very disappointed and I will go elsewhere from now as long as it will be this void that answer the phone.

Les dossiers confidentiels sont placé n'importe ou a la vue de tous. Aucune explication clairs sur le rapport d'impôt avec une comptable qui ne sait même pas calculé les taxes !! Le tarif est bien trop élevé pour ce que vaut le service !! Ma première et dernière fois là-bas !! N'ALLEZ SURTOUT PAS LÀ !! Long and disorganized service !! People come before you, even if they came after you. Believe there is no numbered service for that !! Confidential files are placed anywhere in plain sight. No clear explanation on the tax report with an accountant who doesn't even know how to calculate the taxes !! The price is far too high for what the service is worth !! My first and last time there !! DON'T GO THERE !!

Le deuxième appel, la secrétaire avec un ton tellement décourageant, me dit que «il va vous rappeler» ce qui n'a pas encore été fait(une semaine après). Je rappelle encore, quatre jours après, elle me dit qu'il est avec des clients. il a fallu que j'insiste pour qu'elle me dise, il faut que vous preniez un rendez-vous. La, j'ai pris un rendez-vous, mais je vais aller prendre un autre comptable. Pourtant, c'est un de ses clients et amis à moi que me la recommander. J'ai vraiment pas envie de voir cette secrétaire qui m'a dit c'est la stagiaire que vous aviez eu au téléphone. Mauvaise excuse. I'm going to cancel my appointment because I got hung up on the first time I called on the phone. R	Rose Leo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They made over three errors on my taxes that resulted in financial penalties (that I had to pay out of my pocket) with Revenue QC. Tried multiple times to call the owner to have him address the most recent error that was flagged by the CRA in my file. Called 5+ times and was never able to speak with anyone but the receptionist. Still no resolution. Maybe they will see this review and get back to me... Thanks
