I called them to get a roof repair quote and clearly they have decided that my roof isn't important or not worth their time after they have told me that an estimator would come out to give me a price. Thanks for nothing.

How this company has been doing business with the likes of the school board and stuff really makes me think that they are lying. And their work is not any near satisfactory.
D	Dave Grubor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems as if recent business practices are trending in a very poor direction. Like others, I am very dissatisfied with how Eileen Roofing treated me. I arranged two months in advance for work to begin. On the date they were to commence, no one showed and no one called. This happened three more times before I asked them to leave the site as their trailer was taking up my parking and I was paying for permits for my vehicle. Richard, who handled my quote, was non-responsive. It was impossible to reach him via cell, text and email. When I final reached out to "Dianne", the owner, she quickly pushed me right back to him. Bye bye accountability. Good luck staying in business.

As a D.I.Y.er, I am cautious and have high standards as to who works on our house. They started on time, worked hard and did a great job! I had a question and they came promptly and quickly answered my inquiry. There are a lot of roofers out there. I would use Eileen Roofing again! And a special thanks to Freddy.
