★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve heard horror stories of roofing companies never doing a good job, so when I took on professional roofers I went in hoping for the best. Not only did they quickly make me feel comfortable, they over delivered and did an amazing job. I can’t recommend them enough.

Some years ago, we chose this company to install our supposed "40-year warranty" roof and 2 high wind storms have resulted in loose shingles that were NOT covered by warranty.
The first time they charged us $800.00.
The second time they told us their minimum charge for them to show up is $600.00. They took 5 minutes to fix our loose shingle meaning their effective charge was $7,200.00/hour.
I have no idea what a "40-year" warranty is supposed to cover since a loose shingle would seem to be the most basic problem that would be fixed under warranty.
This is company is holding people hostages and embodies the worst of unscrupulous and profiteering practices.

Please look elsewhere as this company does not honor their warranty or contracts. After winds today my house was the only one on the street with their roof flying to the street and to my neighbour's yard.
Spoke to manager after wind damage and although i payed for the more expensive warranty that states covers 170km winds the manager trying to argue the speed of the wind and states will not cover warranty. The stated winds on my weather network recorded 80km winds and my roof did not even withstand that. There was either a defect in the instalation or martial used. The manager I spoke with initially tells me wind is not covered at all until I pulled up the contract and "reminded" him of the warranty I paid for. Then he started to argue about the speed of the wind. Very unforfessional money grabbing and felt very mislead and swindled. Don't count on them honoring the warranty. I will be complaining to the consumer protection board.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very professional company we dealt with Diego he was fantastic friendly and not your typical pushy salesperson. very easy to talk too. pricing was very competitive and the finished job was fantastic. we had 1 roofing team and two siding soffit and eaves teams and they worked very hard the whole time they were there and made sure we were happy when they were finished. we highly recommend to anyone their services you wont be disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional Roofers replaced our whole roof. We were very happy with the quality of the job and the customer service. This spring a severe storm ripped up a section of out roof. Professional Roofers arrived the next day and did a repair job that you can't tell from the original roof. Great service once again.
