Rob was very prompt to reply to my booking request, provide an exceptionally thorough inspection, reviewed it with diligence and provided a high level of information making us very confident in our home purchase. He's followed up in the days after the inspection to outline some of the added benefits such as recall checks and limited warranty coverages which I found to be a great touch and added a ton of value! I will definitely be recommending Rob and his business to all of my friends and family for any home inspection needs they may have in the future! Thanks again Rob!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rob came in to do my home inspection and was extremely helpful, for a new home owner he walked me through everything from start to finish. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions, helped me to figure out what my priorities need to be and even provided recommendations on who to use. I had the report the same day, and he walked me through it. His follow-up was great. The report is easy to navigate and the pictures added has been helpful in explaining what I need.

He is very professional and explained everything very well to us. He also answered our few questions that we ended up having without any issue, and was very courteous. We are first time home buyers and he made this inspection very easy on us. I cannot recommend him enough! He even checked in the day after to see if we had any questions come to mind, and had no problem answering questions, even after hours. It’s been a wonderful experience. I’ve never had a question unanswered, every time I reach out to him he takes the time to explain until an understanding is met. Rob explained his findings twice so that both my husband and I could hear it from him, as one of us was late getting to that part of the appointment. He was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. We appreciated his recommendations and professional opinions regarding what we should prioritize. He showed us how to navigate the report, which is thorough and informative.
