They were able to answer all of my questions and gave tips and recommendations throughout the inspection. The report was delivered the same day of the inspection and was very detailed. Definitely recommend using their services!

The entire experience was excellent right from contact to completion.
These gentlemen were on site and had already started before I arrived and just went to work with gusto.
They were very clear with there finding to me at the inspection and the complete report was excellent. I could realate exactly what the reports finding were to the details they provided on sitw.
I am choosing to not buy this particular home in no small part to what they found, but I will be calling them again for the next one I want to try for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quick response to my initial inquiry and was able to fit me in on relatively short notice. Very friendly and helpful through the whole process. I was unable to be there in person for the inspection but he made sure to explain everything to me over a facetime call to ensure I knew what he had found and his recommendations. The report he put together was very in depth, concise, easy to understand, and full of knowledgeable links to examples of how to fix small problems he had found.
Could not recommend more. Amazing work and very helpful!
