★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be my favourite restaurant but it took a big drop. They changed their staff and they are not as friendly. The potatoes were dry, the maple syrup was watered down, and the service for coffee was also slow... As a regular customer, I was very disappointed, I will not return anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely delicious mashed potatoes with extra toppings (cheese bacon and onions).
They have so many choices but my favourite is the Super Club Sandwich 3 layers of fresh ingredients.
I did not like the French toast though. They don’t impress me every time I try them so I’ve stopped ordering them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The issue with this breakfast place is the service... the food in general was good. However we had to chase after coffee refills. To add to this Melissa P, our waitress was not up to par, she served us toast that had a mountain of butter, toast were not that warm, which made it worse as it was not melted. She forgot the chiabatta bread we had ordered which when it came the center was very cold, as if it just came out of the fridge. It took 20 mins to get back the toast which at this point we had finished eating. If we wouldn't have caught the waitress on her way from another table, not sure we would have gotten any coffee refills, ketchup or peanut butter. Overall the easiest way to fix this is to teach your waitresses that coffee refills are important as well as warm toast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A couple weeks ago we had a really bad experience here (related more to the service received than the food itself, no coffee being refilled, and toast being cold) but the rest had been great so we gave it another chance hoping to ger a different waitress. We got the upmost service and higher than my expectations could set. Annie D was amazing, never got a chance to ask for a coffee refill as she was always there as my cup neared empty. Toast were hot and butter melted. She was amazing and very sweet. I am very happy that I gave this place another chance. We will definitely be back
