★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon. I didn't want fries so they said they'll substitute it with fruit. I also asked for no salad. What I got was a hideous container full of veggies and pieces of fruit with the shell, 2 slices of extremely thin smoked salmon and a ball of cream cheese the size of a blackberry. The bagel was dry and lacked flavour and texture. I had to assemble my own bagel from the container.
Thanks for the 3 quarters of a tomato and the 4 pieces of fruit with 50% shell that take up 20% of the container.
I spent $22.5 on something that would have cost me $3at home.
I eat outside the house once a month just to see what's going on out there. Thanks for a new disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little bit more expensive then your usual place but definitely worth it. Our plates were full and delicious. The only downfall was how long I waited for my bill and our waitress was never seen after being served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service.waited over an hour for a WRAP and a typical egg on toast. Brunch isn't supposed to take this long. It's not a delicate oven baked meal. It's a freakin egg wrapped around or on bread. If I could give a negative start I would. We were starving and this is unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main course was okay however the inconsistencies are a little disappointing. Every time I travel to Montreal I have always been coming to Allo Mon Coco, I've been getting the same dish for the most part. What I dont like is when I make a substitution, the price varies from one location to another. Ive been paying $1 extra for switching pancake to French toast. Except for this location changes me $2. When asked why our server Jennifer said its the system and that's how it is.
Secondly, one of our meals came with a dessert, (waffle with cream and chocolate on top). When it came it looked delicious, however it was far from delicious.. the waffle was burnt so badly. how did the chef even let it leave the kitchen??! Let alone serve it, this put a bitter taste in our mouth. When our server came out we advised her of this and all she said was i'll let the chef know... you can see how badly the waffle is burnt as I flipped it to show it to the server.
I was a little taken back by the response, I thought I'd hear some sort of an apology for the poor food quality. However that did not take place. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location. Poor customer service and poor food quality check prior to serving to customer.

Thank you for the response, I may have misunderstood her name, but I assure you its 100% this location as there was a closer location to us but it didn't have the best review so we chose to come to the futher location we dined here at sept 10th at 11:45am. We decided to come to this location instead as the reviews were pleasent. But I really appreciate your response. Our server was a female with blond hair I cant recall her name (thought it was Jen or Jennifer) and I don't mean to shame anyone, they may had a bad day themself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What I love about Allo mon Coco is the consistency!! Which ever succursale I go, the food is always delicious!!! The potatoes are the boom!!! Crispy, tasty perfection, generous portion, I could die for that blueberry pancake!!

I had the lac st jean bfast which is my fave just for that blueberry pancake
