★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I take my son to get a hair cut he never wants to go back .......thus we are going to a different salon or barber every 5 or 6 weeks. I dropped him off at Parnell and came back to get him 30 minutes later and he was smiling and happy about his haircut..... he said the guy who cut his hair was really cool and had lots of ink and so I asked him what he thought overall and he says "finally somewhere I can go get my hair cut more that just one time"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to just get my sides shaved and kitty talked me into a fade which no hair dresser has ever suggested! I was so impressed i made and appointment for my son. He loved his hair cut SO much and kitty gave him some hair spray to take home because he loved the smell. 100% will be going back and have already started telling my friends to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 2 sons and my boyfriend all get their hair done here. They are never disappointed with their service. We drive down from Campbell River regularly for their hair appointments. There aren't any barber shops that compare! ❤ I highly recommend this shop! Alicia is an amazing Barber.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What ever happened to customer service? Would not recommend this place, my experience was nowhere near a professional interaction and as a business owner I couldn’t imagine treating a customer with so much disregard. Spend your money helping a local, friendly and welcoming business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just went in to get my first professional haircut in about 13 years. I did an absolutely terrible job describing what I wanted, because I didn't really even know. In the 30 min time slot she listened to me blabber and also somehow managed to clean me up into a style I actually like. Nothing felt rushed and the hot towel and neck shave at the end was great. Went for the haircut, will be returning for the haircut and conversation.
