Always super clean, stocked with a variety of lotions, I love the aroma here. Relaxing, comfortable, affordable, L is so friendly. Nothing negative to say! As long as I'm In whitecourt, this is my place.

WinterSun is a quaint little shop. There are 3 tanning booths, 1 stand up and 2 lay down. The beds are well maintained. Rooms are always clean and the atmosphere has a modern appeal. But, the owner has creatively expanded the business to accommodate more than just artificial sun seekers! Lorraine, the owner, is a sassy, ambitious entrepreneur. Her talents and ideas to encourage customers is constantly evolving. She is most definitely knowledgeable about the benefits tanning beds can provide beyond physical appeal. She stocks her shelves with a variety of quality tanning lotion products. Her expertise also expands to hair dressing and body piercing. I myself have had 3 piercings done by Lorraine - highly recommend her. She's very professional and, as it should be, hygiene is a top priority at WinterSun. Her hair clientele has become more limited to men, I believe - but I may be wrong. Over the past 6 or 7 years, my boys and my husband have become repeat clients at WinterSun. My teenage boys are very particular about their hair, and are always impressed with their appearance after each hair appointment. My 10 year old too, but secretly, I think he likes going because Lorraine makes him feel good about himself, which is something I so appreciate. Wintersun also has a great selection of body piercing jewellery. Really AWESOME! She has some handcrafted jewelry and various other items as well. And newer to the store is her own bath and body products. Blueberry Cheesecake is my newest fav - bathbomb! And there's a melon/cucumber soap I can't live without. All made by her. For a small little shop, WinterSun is beaming with numerous benefits. For those looking for personal appearance items and services or for gift giving ideas , I absolutley recommend it!!

I rated Winter Sun 5 stars because she is an amazing piercer and she is so good at her job. I have got all 8 of my piercings done at Winter Sun and I have not ever had a problem with the healing or anything it was over all an amazing experience. I would go there again :)

Fantastic! Absolutely amazing customer service. Only place my son and husband go for haircuts and she nails it everytime. Best place to tan, tons of options and a great place for piercings and jewellery. Highly recommend!

The owner is super friendly. The selection is amazing. The prices are very fair. The bath products smell amazing. The shop has a great environment. The art for sale here is amazing. I bought my lip jewellery here. I plan to come for tanning and piercings in the future.

loved it! i’ve gotten 5 piercings on each ear done here, looking to get more too! every piercing was well cleaned and barely hurt, no infections! i recommend this place for piercings over anywhere else.

The Business has been in Whitecourt for years, very clean and Nice Displays inside. Had All My Tanning Over 15 years there, bought product's, Lotions, Bath Bomb etc ! All My Piercing have been done their very clean, tons of options for piercing never ever a problem! Men's Hair Cuts Are Amazing ( literally Barber Shop)My Husband And Boys Go Their we also buy their hair products ! Would Recommend Anytime!

It’s the only place I go for a tan. I just like the friendly service and small chat. Always come out with a nice tan after only 8 sessions . I like that it’s well established and been here for years . Other places come and go, and I hope it stays for many more years! ?
