★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally the food here is great, but during the rush the quality severely decreases. Today my noodles, vegetables, and gyoza were all undercooked while parts of the meat were overcooked and others were fine. The cashier was friendly and efficient, the cooking staff were much less so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edo was my go to for quick and fairly healthy option at the mall. The owners have gone cheap with their 2 table spoon size of vegetables and half sized sushi rolls. Their teriyaki sauce seems watered down also.
In contrast to that, the staff on the grill and till were wonderful. The other man was not nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The filipina middle aged lady was so unpleasant. She rang me up even before I could tell her that I wanted a drink, then walked away. She didnt double check with me if my order was right either. When I asked her for my receipt, she literally rolled her eyes like she was annoyed. While waiting for my meal to be made, she was on her phone talking to the cook, and they were dealing with an issue, i dont know what but i waited there standing staring at my food,
Which was clearly cooked and just needed mushrooms. Apparently mushrooms take 5 minutes now :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared to other Edo locations, I find this one to be the worst. The quality has gone down as has quantity. Price has only gone up. Smaller portions even when you sumo size and add double meat. The guy on the grill looked upset when I asked for 3 scoops of sauce. He gave me 3 half scoops. I literally just purchased 3 bottles of sauce from Edo. I am kind of over Edo but definitely not going to order again from South Center location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edo Japan food is always good. I ordered beef noodleful bowl and got chicken. When I bring it back they start looking at receipts like I was lying to free food. I suggested if you give me beef I don't want this food go to waste. You don't have to re make the whole thing. I don't know if I go there again.
