★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hiking trail, well kept and well marked. After the approximate 50 minute hike , the lookouts at the top of the mountain are spectacular!!! Don't miss this trail, just past the Pancake Bay Provincial Park turnoff. On the right side just where the passing lane starts up the hill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lookout point was beautiful could see the whole of Lake Superior - walking was a bit muddy,slushy due to rain.we had fun hiking up & down - climbing wooden stairs.Directions all over the path- wonderful view??☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great trail in Pancake Bay Provincial Park. It’s 2-hour round trip to the lookout - there are actual stairs up to the top. Some challenging inclines that might be slippery after rainfall, but overall well-marked and straightforward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scenic trail off of Highway 17 north close to Pancake Bay Provincial Park. Trail was much longer than we expected it to be, we brought our 2 and 3 year old children and this was a mistake as it was too much for them. Overall though it was a moderate difficulty trail for adults. The last half before getting to the stairs was fairly uphill but that was only the last 10 minutes including the stairs. If u have kids I would say hike to the cave then turn around. View from the top is excellent. May return in the fall when the kids are in school
