★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out of all the times I called someone picked up maybe once. None of my messages were returned, through email or phone. They didn’t even let the person subletting know that someone was approved. Seems like a super unprofessional place to deal with. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice enough place but build with very poor materials everything was starting to break, chip or malfunction (microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, wall outlets) within weeks of living there as the first tenants in that unit. Crazy rules about what colour lights and flower pots you could have on your balcony, only certain time frames you were allowed to have lights up, not allowed to have any balcony lights on during daylight hours to cut their costs. Just felt very poor quality and strict like living in a dorm for a high price tag and im sure all the buildings in the group are the same
