★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Saturday: submitted my file , they said I'd have news beginning of the week.
- Thursday, no news yet, I called and they seemed to have hard time finding my file. They seemed to find that funny. They called back to say they found my file and I'd have news within 24h.
- Saturday (1 week later), still no news again. Went to their office. They had hard time to find my file again. Took my stuff and went to a serious place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know what these other reviews are talking about but this place is great! I was greeted by a smiling face and was dealt with promptly and professionally by the owner himself. I have a lot of tax years that need to get done and he gave me a great price for all 7 years I need to file. I think many of the other [negative] reviews are from overly entitled individuals that expected their every need to be catered to without delay. They have over 4000 clients, chill. If you read the other reviews you will notice that he took the time to respond to every one, good and bad. He doesn't bend over backward to the will of the consumer just to please them which to me means he has confidence in what he is doing and confidence in his service. Highly recommended.
