They made a huge mistake on my taxes that I realized on my own, when I brought my taxes back for them to fix they told me they were too busy and that I should come back a week later. I then went back and was told they would send in the revised numbers in right away just to find out a month later they never did, and tried to tell me it was my fault for not following up. They said I need to sign a paper and that they would send it to me and weeks went by and they never did. I have left multiple voicemails and messages, even emailed them and never got a response or a call back, so I literally had to show up in person because it was the only way to speak to them. 5 months after tax season and I’m still dealing with the government because of their error. Would not recommend this place, beyond unprofessional not to mention reeks like cigarettes in the office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THEY ARE THE WORST! They told me that they would send out my forms the following week after I submitted all my documents and paid. I called them back almost a month later wondering why I still didn't receive my tax return. Turns out they hadn't sent them out yet because there was supposedly some papers that needed to be signed. I then asked why they had not tried to communicate with me to get this done, they claimed that it was up to me to follow up on my documentation. Plus their prices are way to high for no reason. Horrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going here for too long. No complaints in regards to the taxes done. Only complaint is the quality of the service.
One particular lady is probably the most rude and lacks basic people skills (who of course happens to always be the one at the front desk). The first time I thought maybe she was having a bad day, but year after year conducting business with the same attitude - If you enjoy being serviced in a kind, professional and friendly manner, I wouldnt come here!!
Year after year, had I not been serviced by this miserable lady, I would have rated atleast 4 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One year I had an appointment, and all they did was take my paperwork, and told me to pick them up, in a few weeks. Which made me wonder why do I need an appointment if that's all they're going to do?
Last year I had no appointment, same thing happened. But, another woman walks in with no appointment, and they automatically do her paperwork. Makes no sense.
I wish I could find a place closer to where I live, for the same price.
