I went in to the store on the north shore in Kamloops and wanted to pay off my sisters account ( She had just been admitted to the hospital with a life threatening illness) when I said to the woman behind the counter that I wanted her balance she said that was against store policy .( which if someone wants to payoff my bill for goodness sakes ...Let them) The woman was TOTALLY lacking in human compassion and any kind of empathy. All I want to add is THANKS SO MUCH for your help <----- Sarcasm . No one in my family will ever deal with this company!!!!!

I have given them many chances to get ahold of me. They knew a 3rd party's phone number on how to get ahold of me . They declined my application today for only having child benefit as a firm source of income .. With just a few short weeks close to Christman. I am completely heart broken and unsure what to do for my sons Christmas gift How ever 3 stars is cause Brad kept cool and professional even though I was a bit grumpy

They want me to resign a contract because they couldn't do their friggin job they "forgot" to hold off a payment i called 2.5 weeks in advance as well as checked again to reasure i wouldn't get myself into this situation. I was to have 3 times during the loan to do this. Not happy and not resigning
