A lawsuit is a very stressful time in ones life and the last thing one needs is more stress. EasyLegal put us at ease from the moment we made contact with them and reduced our stress level. Their staff personally reached out to us and walked us through the process of obtaining a loan and were with us every step of the way. When we had a question they were available immediately and answered our questions to our satisfaction. The company is aptly named. The process of obtaining a loan was extremely EASY! I had a very good, positive experience with the easy legal lending service. (background) I found easy legal online after getting turned away from two other plaintiff loaning services due to the fact that they did not consider my type of claim to fall under their funding criteria, and recommended another service that unfortunately also wasn’t able to take my application into consideration due to “solicitor negligence” being the primary cause of my damages. This is unfortunate as I have a very strong case against LawPro, with a guaranteed out of court settlement. I assumed I wouldn’t have much of an issue with lenders due to the strength of my claims. However, this proved not to be the case, as many institutions have adopted bias lending practices, limiting the criteria for eligibility & inclusion. However this was not the case with EasyLegal. The fact that they where even willing to take a look at my application showed me that this institution was a lot more progressive and forward thinking. The entire experience with them from start to finish was very positive. They were incredibly professional, with how they handled my application and the whole process was done fast and efficiently, keeping me informed periodically without delay. Another professional quality that is worth mentioning is that they are very considerate individuals, they did not attempt to over lend beyond what I needed, and actually convinced me to only borrow on an as needed bases to minimize unnecessary interest charges. I found those actions to be highly professional given they have no obligation to provide fiduciary advice, and still prioritized my needs over maximizing their return on investment. I definitely would not hesitate to recommend EasyLegal to family, colleagues, and associates.
