The guy did not listen to me when I told him what I wanted, and actually told me my quantities were wrong when I told him how much I needed. How would he know? Just do your job! The whole time I felt rushed and insulted. I am just starting to renovate an entire house and will be painting the whole place. I wanted to pick up a few gallons to see how we would like the colours. I will not be doing any further business here and will advise my friends and family against doing the same.

So, the next time I needed paint I wentback, and I was even more impressed. I wasn’t sure what colour I wanted. He had some suggestions, I wouldn’t have thought of, that were spot on.
I really appreciate that they don’t try to oversell past what you need for the job.
