★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020 Outdoor House League got cancelled due to Pandemic - totally understandable. However, club is charging admin fee of $50 if requesting refund, that's like 25% of the fee. That's unacceptable. I know it's not the club's fault that the league got cancelled but it's not families fault either. Why should family have to pay admin fee to receive refunds? Many families are struggling and the club is taking advantage of the situation. I believe admin fee should to be waved in these unusual circumstances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Severe weather statement for the area. New to the club, checked the website, saw nothing. Called and dealt with a very aggressive, rude and innapropriate individual by the name of Sergio. Soccer clubs deal with weather issues. If your website doesn’t address a severe weather statement at 4:30 pm on game day, your office staff should be prepared to deal with phone calls and your “Office Administrator” should be checking the weather.
