★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped of my truck for diagnostic and was handed a bill of $437. They did not find the issue, and billed more labour hours than actual. They called me when they started and finished. I agree with all the negative reviews about overcharging customers. Very disappointed.
Unfortunately, could not find a way to write back to your response. However, I can edit my review. It's disgusting how you keep responding to every negative review as "customer does not want to pay." Your technician diagnosed my truck for 2 hours, the billed time was 3.5 hours. On the phone your technician simply said "he can not figure out the problem it MIGHT be the alternate ...he also mentioned he can not figure out the problem unless it gets bigger. When I arrived at the location to pick up my truck, I politely asked if I could speak to you. Your receptionist printed a bill, as soon as I paid she said goodbye. There is no solution mentioned on my invoice, by you or your technician or receptionist. STOP saying your customers don't want to pay, because I paid on the spot without even having a word with you or the technician when I clearly asked for it upon arrival to pick up my truck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went this shop for check my truck he just put computer and waste couples of hours . Fault is finding on 5 minutes if professionally works. After make couples of hundreds bills and after that ready for fight do not go those cheaters be careful they are cheaters not recommend to go waste your time with those peoples.

Professional behaviour, serious about work . Not exaggerating like another indian mechanics . Helped in fixing my dpf - scr -doc problem
