★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot recommend this company. I don't like to post negative reviews, but the cost was highly disappointing. I ran out of diesel on an off-ramp. The mechanic came quickly, was friendly, and got me started again - but for $600! Is this normal? I had the same problem last September, and Truck King assisted me (with more time and labour) for less than $200. I am new to trucks, and may not know a lot, but that seems much more reasonable. Sadly, I cannot recommend them to anyone. Very much a letdown and hit to our finances. I am sorry I called them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice guy but ask and watch for extra fees and minimum charges to mentioned prior to the agreement before he comes to your location, the bill at the end was higher and don't be surprise when he hang ups on you if you don't agree with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do expect higher than average service charge (70% higher) from this company. I gave 2 stars because the tech did show up within 40 minutes of call and we did appreciate the quick action. Road Side Service on Dec 8, 2020 completed at 8:30 am on Hwy 400 SB at the Service OnRoute location for our Volvo truck. This is a day with temperature at -10 C and we couldn't get our truck started.
I called multiple service companies and this person promised to come within 30 minutes. I gave business to this company thinking this is a reasonable price as I was told the cost is around $250. This really is for a simple battery reboot but we got charged immediately for $550 after I provided credit card information. I called immediately why there is a charge for this amount and was told it was only for security hold.
Once the service is complete and after multiple requests, we received the invoice today Dec. 9 for the amount of $444.09. $149 for road service, $84 for KM run, then $160 for labour. We had the whole process recorded on the dash cam, this was a 15 minute service & labour at the cost of $444.09.
We had same issues with other trucks in the past and most recent one done in Newmarket ON last week for $249 after tax for a road side service battery reboot.
If you are looking for road side service in the area, please do consider the above as part of your evaluation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING ! Warning ! Rip off! Didn’t disclose his fees. charged me $150 for service call and minimum 3 hours plus $1per km which he didn’t disclose. He changed a rad hose which I bought and took 15 mins. he charged me $780. This company is scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Paid him $700 just to show his face. No diagnostic, didn't tell me anything was wrong, my heater wasn't working and he didn't fix it. Just lied, said it was fixed and took my money.
DO BOT RECOMMEND. STAY AWAY.

3RD time using him. Showed up, didn't do anything, did not inspect the truck. We advised him what we needed to do with the truck. He just stood looking at the truck.
Useless guy. Never again. Please stay away from him unless you wanna throw money.
