This company is professional and personable at the same time. They have excellent communication skills and they are very customer focus. They exceeded my expectations. They have a knack for understanding customer needs and delivering to those needs in a timely manner. I was concerned the monument would not be ready in time for Father's Day but Stan pleasantly surprised me and made things happen. It truly was an excellent Customer Experience. Nevertheless, Stan was very compassionate and helpful. The task wasn’t easy, as it was a very unique design. He worked with my graphics designer and I can honestly say, he did a flawless job. Great service and great product. Thank you for a job well done.
