★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long waits for trailers to be loaded. Security at the front is rude when dropping trailers. Need to improve attitude at terminal. Central dispatch is nice though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped empty trailer and picked up loaded next day. Simple procedure to check in and out. Nice staff. Scale is in the yard to check weight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So in the 401 a stone chip hit my vehicle. I saw this called their dispatch and told them since their driver was not paying attention I was unable to flag him down. They discouraged me from calling *opp trying to tell me they would deal with it. They said not a problem got the driver to stop to exchange info. Wasted my time. Made me chase the driver all over town to call and tell me rudely that they won't be fixing the problem and abruptly hung up on me. I understand stone chips happen for a company so large to have a poor customers service dealing they should be ashamed. Plus now that I think if it they didn't want me to call opp because they probably had other issues wrong with that truck. So with regard to customer service they obviously need a lesson. I am just a small driver in the road that now one with damage on my new vehicle that I have to pay for damage but worst still the rudeness I had to encounter. If they treat me like this don't really know how terribly they treat their employees.
