★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just over 2 hours of child care and they can’t make a kid happy. They sent my kid home because she threw a tantrum which could have been prevented in the first place. If nobody was available at that time then the kid would have been upset and isolated for at least an hour. The kid got hungry and the teacher prevented her from getting her snacks so naturally she threw a fit. It was the teacher’s job to understand and help her rather than accuse her of kicking her when in fact the kid was sitting on the floor while kicking- typical tantrum. They made it sound like it was intentional. The owner’s exact words were “ I know it’s hard to hear.” No sympathy over what happened, blaming a 4 year old kid over throwing a tantrum which is perfectly normal in a developing child. I had to withdraw my kid from school and accept my losses. Can’t trust them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this preschool! My daughter has been going here for almost 2 years and she absolutely loves it. She’s learned so much! The teachers are wonderful and always so happy to see each student when they arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When my family and I made the decision to move away from Mahogany in March 2022, we had politely requested a refund for the deposit ($247) that we had made for the Fall 2022 school year. This request was declined as per their policy book. We can understand no refunds for cancellations partway through the year or five days prior to the start of the school year but no refund, not even a partial refund, for a cancellation over 5 months prior to the start of the school year seems a little bit unreasonable. Not the greatest customer service, would not recommend.
