★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing experience with not just the food at this earls but the waitress (Laura m). I’ve been to many earls around Alberta but I have to say this one tops them. With a very cozy restaurant and kind staff I left the establishment with the best impression! Very hospitable hosts, delicious dish, beautiful presentation, wide wine list and wonderful dessert. I recommend to everyone! I would love to come back again and hope to receive the same amazing service Laura m gave myself and my family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So pleased to have chosen earls last night to be served by Brittany-rose. You guys were super busy, the restaurant was at capacity, and she was fantastic! She was warm and bubbly, and was able to answer all of our questions with ease, seems like an earls veteran. Classic earls dynamite roll and Ahi tuna bowl was so tasty!
I appreciate a server who does a great job, and she handled our large group with a perfect display of relaxed competence. Really made our guest experience. Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I are pretty regular guests at Willow Park Earls, and over the last few years visiting this location we've had our share of rather "blah" and "decent" servers,. Let's just say that no one has ever stood out to us. Last night, however, was the first time we have had a server WOW us. This 5 star review is for her! Special shout out to Laura M. who was the probably the most authentic server I've come across in AGES at any establishment. She seemed genuinely happy to be at work, and made a lovely impression on us. She was friendly and personable. She had a positive and upbeat attitude and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. What she didn't know is that we weren't just out for happy hour, but we were actually there celebrating the memory of a parent who had passed away. Having such a caring, generous and thoughtful server on her own accord was really amazing and really made our experience super positive. Thank you so much for your beautiful attitude, attentiveness and all around 5 star service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of service was excellent from beginning to end. The place is cozy and the environment is nice. The servers are very friendly and knowledgeable about products, definitely they do their best to guarantee a great experience. Nevertheless, I give them 4 stars because I think it is a little overpriced. I ordered yam potatoes which were soggy for the excess of oil. The cream soup was tasty but too liquid to be a cream. Although I saw 4 tables with kids, they don't have kids menu. I am not sure if I will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday, I went to Earls for the first time, and I expected it would be a great experience. I was surprised in a good way by the service and the quality of the food. Also, I was served by the adorable Shayna, who treated me as someone from her family. Shayna was super friendly and kind to my friend and me, we are needing a nice night out, Shayna did an excellent job serving us. Well done! Those days, all we need is positivity, and it sure she has a lot. Please, don't lose her. I'm planning to go back soon to have the same incredible experience again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shout out to Lia for an awesome night out! We went out for dinner to Earls because it’s always a great time and amazing food but Lia went above and beyond for us! The restaurant was packed and busy but she was running all night keeping everyone happy! Definitely recommend earls to our friends and we can’t wait to come back again soon! Thank you again Lia!
