Absolutely awful experience. Undertrained staff and condescending management. Washroom hadn't been cleaned despite visible urine on the floor by the urinal.

We've eaten at Earls in both B.C. and Alberta. I know this means nothing to Earls but our family is done with them. Of all times to come out with an obnoxious decision to use U.S. beef vs Alberta beef. There's lots of other places to go. Our Earls here in Lethbridge isn't the best anyway so that makes our decision pretty easy. NEVER AGAIN

Our experience at Earls last night (Feb 20) aside from enjoying time with friends, was not good at all. My husband ordered a steak and told me it was overlooked and tasteless. He asked for medium. He did eat it to save the hassle of sending it back and spoiling the atmosphere of the rest of our table. I ordered fettuccini Alfredo with chicken. It had to be the worst Alfredo dish I have ever had. Cooked pasta and some sort of oily sauce poured on it. I said something and the waitress brought me some warm cream - just made it more disgusting. She took it away and I had a bit of salad and she did take my 'meal' off our bill. We don't eat out much anymore, so when we do, it is nice to enjoy our food. But won't be going to Earls St. Albert again. Table 153. Check 2902. Tran #696. RVC. Lounge

Ordered a cheddar and bacon burger with fries and my wife ordered a teriyaki chicken rice bowl. Both were cold and very salty. My wife's dinner comprised of a very tiny amount of chicken. And my fries looked like they were Mcains frozen fries. You would think your meals are made from fresh produce meaning chopping up potatoes to make your own fries. We ordered our meals from the Earl's on 152 in Surrey. You would think the price you pay for the meals , freshness would be a top priority.

Unethical and ....now Earls is having workers collect AND record personal information like address, phone, where customers work BE AWARE.....under the guise of better service. There is NO WAY these workers should be exploited to handle any of this information without customer informed consent and training in the consequences of illegally collecting and recording personal information.

Thank you for the great service, Kiver was our server and provided a fantastic dining experience. Also a quick thanks to chef Adam - as always the food was first class.

Ordered take out using a lovely gift card. Awkward ordering. Would rate that experience less than half a point. Pick up was good. Wait time short. Waitress impressed with the large tip. "Are you sure?" "Yup! We're not coming back here again! Enjoy!" The reveal: The side ceasar - not enough leaves to cover the bottom of the small take out box and many were wilted. Not appealing. The side fries definitely minimal. The bigger better burgers: The meat was excellent tasting. Found the pickle. It was so thin I didn't recognize it at first. The pizza: we opened the box and closed it again. The buffalo cauliflower came with a side of celery sticks. Two were damaged & decaying on the outside. Thus was our experience.
