★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been working with ShareVision Support for about 2 years now. As our company administrator, I was new to using ShareVision, and have been learning the ins and outs of the program especially the back end.
I have been building reports and in doing so have been working closely with the Support team to create effective tools for our company. Some of the reports are quite complex and when I meet a road block the ShareVision team are quick to provide suggestions for a better outcome.
They are patient in walking me through how ShareVision works when I don't understand a feature and have always been available for a quick phone call to discuss my requests in further detail to ensure both party's are clear on the expectations. They are quick to resolve any issues with the functionality of our site and email communications are always provided as follow up.
Communications made to the President of ShareVision have always been addressed quickly and with the customer being taken care of promptly as the utmost importance.
