I have brought in cell phones that have been run over, smashed and we are given loner phones to keep going while they work their magic. Thank you for all the dedication and hard work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ended a 6 month nightmare with another ISP and have gone back to Eagle. Definitely more responsive and MUCH easier to deal with than Namecheap - you might pay a little bit more, but dealing with an Ontario provider with excellent support team is worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. My husbands cell phone stopped working yesterday. He went to Eagle, the local Telus store. He was greeted right away and they started working on trying to resolve the phone issue. They were unable to get the phone working. I Was then helped by Jane. She suggested an upgrade and he had the new phone in his hand working in an hour. She then helped me organize a warranty replacement on the old phone. He was very happy with the service. Thanks to Eagle and Jane.

When. I called you you had no time for me cuss I was not getting a new plan well thank you for your customer support great job .
You earned one star and bad review cause didn’t care to help me!
Well you know I was a long time customer of eagle.ca when internet came over the ph
Can’t do nothing about all the money I paid you including my last ph and plane ,but you lost this customer because of your customer service ,,,,,!!!!!! And yes I’ll follow up with Head office of Tellus
