★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love this place!! Who wouldn’t it’s where video game magic comes alive... The atmosphere is so energetic with hub of activity all around. Great architecture and design layout. Interior decorated with anything and everything EA games has done! I just love being a part of it briefly for the time spent here. Staff is super friendly, professional and ever so helpful. If you ever get a chance to Playtesting, don’t pass it up!! It’s a must do if you are a gamer. It’s a fantastic way to be a part of a wonderful and exciting creation. It is super cool that EA if provides a hand on pre test and values our input. Always and good time here....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw the other reviews and I couldn't agree more. EA is just a money hungry company that does not care about customer satisfaction at all. The biggest issue I've heard from others and also have experienced myself for a whole year now is missing content from in game purchases. Many people have been experiencing this bug for multiple games and EA has been claiming to work on it for more than a year now. Their response to everyone affected is, "keep an eye on our social media for updates on this issue!" 1+ whole year= 0 updates. Many people have been dooped out of their money and time for this missing content. Especially if you paid for a battle pass and you spend hours trying to collect the content you've paid to have access to. I truly believe the devs at EA aren't actually looking into this issue and don't care about improving customer experience and satisfaction.
