β β β β β Run away from this product and company!! Riddled with errors and inconsistencies. Bought a small 2 terminal system from them, after a year still only have one operational terminal. Every month there are differences between the system deposits and what actually ended up in the bank. The reports list is just a hollow list, most don't actually work. Most recently they did a system update and then there were no receipts printing for card transactions- when questioned the Tech response was "we're working on it" we can't test for everything! One would think testing to ensure a transaction closes would be a top priority before a roll out. After getting totally frustrated and seeking other providers, realized these Robbers had wanted $18,000 for a $2500 system. That's right ! And the replacement product was better. Have tried and tried to get to them for a refund or some restitution - no response. RUN AWAY!!!
