The customer service here is superb and out of this world. <3 We have been on the hunt for Bamboo Palms for quite some time. Dynasty Plant Shop showed up in my life after a quick google search for "Bamboo Palms Ontario". Since most boutique shops are in downtown Toronto, it was difficult to find a shop that will deliver outside of the GTA. After sending them email asking if they were able to do a special delivery; I received a response immediately that they will put me in touch with someone who will set up the deliveries, and then I was introduced to the amazing Leiney! Leiney, is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and so very helpful. She made ordering the plants super easy. She even helped with recommendations on plants to get based on where they will live in my house. She even made me a little care sheet that I can refer to. I have already recommended their shop to my friends who live in the city. I only wish I lived close enough to go in there and browse for new plant babies. One day I will! :) If you are thinking of shopping here, I highly recommend! Thank you so much for all your help Dynasty Plant Shop. I am so very grateful for your small business!

Friendly staff with lots of knowledge of the plants. They handle the delivery and pick up orders with care. All my plants are doing very well in their new habitat!
