I had 25 years of stuff, treasures and junk, and they moved, repurposed, consigned and designed a beautiful smaller home for my daughters and me to live. They worked out a plan with me and communicated to their consignment and moving contacts and even the new buyers on my behalf. No job is too small or too big for them. I was overwhelmed with sorting and letting go of things and Leeanne and Rosemarie were understanding and sensitive and could visualize the new space and scale and recommended what to take. Once they moved us, the final product was a stunning home filled with our favourite things, showcased with new design elements, perfect for us and all set-up on the same day! The scope of their abilities is far-reaching, from project management to categorizing all your belongings to directing your move out. They are always perceptive and considerate and focused on the best for you in your move. They took the stress out of moving all the while listening to what we wanted and meeting those needs in our next place.

In July of this year I bought a new home and then began the daunting task of getting my current home ready for sale. I planned to interview several companies but after meeting the ladies from. DD, I decided to go with them. They immediately got the ball rolling helped me declutter and get the house ready for sale. The Real Estate company also hired them to stage the home and very quickly it was on the market. As I was getting ready to move I decided to hire them to set up the move and do the unpacking for me in my new home. When I’m asked “how was your move” my reply “the easiest move ever”. Although I hope to never move again, if I do I would definitely call Dynamic Thank you ladies for all your help.

We had resided in the house, a bungalow, for 61 years so it was filled with treasures of every description. We had to prepare the house for sale. Rosemary was extremely helpful by providing a process for the family to tour the house, extract any treasures or place post-it notes on pieces that were to be removed by family. Rosemary, Leanne, and their team showed up at the scheduled time and we did a walk through to indicate pieces to be removed. Through DD, we were introduced to an antique dealer and a Tool Library, so minimal items ended up in the garbage bins. The workers were quick, and efficient, and left the home looking stunning. Rosemary was in constant communication to verify whether or not a treasure was to be removed. Her services saved an emotional toll which would have been horrific. It took them only 2 days to empty the house of most of its contents. I strongly recommend them if you are considering downsizing, purging or prepping for sale.

Though she designed a stunningly stylish and modern space, she also ensured the most functional use of the space I had available. She also prioritised exceptional customer care, making herself accessible to the customer's queries in a timely and comprehensive way. She understands that renovations can be very stressful and she was there to guide me through the entire process. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent interior designer and decorator.
