β β β β β I was a bit hesitant at first to go with a company I had never heard of but was pleasantly surprised. They were very professional from the start and were patient with me throughout the moving process. The process was pretty straight forward and communicating through email and phone was smooth. The price was reasonable and I would recommend them.

β β β β β I have very good experience with Jia Jia this time and in past. The movers are professional. In Office the Customer care lady Rennie was courteous and very helpful.
Only thing I would like to point out that Jia Jia has got mandatory 10% service charge which is supposted to be a tip for movers. Then again the customer pays extra tip to the movers out of courtesy . My advice that Jia Jia should give this 10% as tip to movers and management should have no share in it.

β β β β β This company is one of the most honest. From the office employees to the movers, they are polite and work really hard. I am very impressed with them. I used this company over five times and their quality does not change. Very reliable. All their workers are masked and vaxxed.

β β β β β Used them for the past 7 moves. They are extremely hard workers. No complaints. Friendly. Prices not as affordable as they use to be as there seems to be more additional fees from what I remember. Also the last move, one guy seemed a little moody because of the amount of stuff I had which I found a little unprofessional. Also they were a little loud vocally for a moving into such a quiet neighbourhood, which is never a good first impression with the neighbours. I say things balance out because they are fast and don't really take many breaks. Overall a very good option for your moving services.

β β β β β Super fast response. Very efficient and the staff were all very professional. Very punctual - showed up 5 min before 9am. The movers were fast but careful with all the boxes. Nothing was broken or misplaced. Very smooth. I would recommend and use again. Thank you.

β β β β β I highly recommend Jia Jia moving for all your moving needs. We have used them twice before and my family members have also used them.
I can't thank them enough for the recent move they did for my family they were on time and were so fast the guys were phenomenal and done in a timely matter. You won't be disappointed they we're great!! Keep up the good job!!

β β β β β They are a legit moving company and they won't scam you. They quote you a price range with conditions and they stick to it. I have used them multiple times over the years, but my most recent move with them only scores 3 stars. I had 3 guys and the large truck. While 2 of the guys were excellent, the 3rd guy seemed careless and inexperienced. He didn't follow instructions well, he banged some furniture on the wall and made a dent in my new house, and he wasn't wearing his mask properly. Its probably a bit tougher to find good workers during covid, but in the past their movers were all professional and experienced, unlike this guy. A number of my furniture items seemed really roughed up after the move as well. Nothing valuable, but this move was definitely a downgrade from what I experienced with them in the past. I would still use them again and I would still refer them to others.
