Cube it as a company wicked good. The drivers the call center every one I dealt with fantastic. I recommend this company like I'm paid to ... And sadly I'm not lol . Cube it is definitely better then other portable storage companies ... I can literally keep telling you more ...just ask for Natalie and you'll see why ...

My issue was not having a time windows for the delivery so had to "wait around" until we got a text message that the driver was on the way (6-36 minute ETA). If we have an approximate ETA I would have rated this 5 stars

Aman who I just spoke with and was very accommodating with another request of ours to the other customer service reps to the delivery drivers. This company is the epitome of excellent, knowledgeable and genuinely friendly staff. 5 out of 5 and again, the absolute best customer experience I have ever had with any company in any industry. I'm also very demanding and a bit of a jerk.

They keep you up to date on the delivery and give you a window when you can expect to receive your unit. The storage units are very well build and have lots of time down on the inside walls. The doors are very sturdy and the lock that I bought from them is excellent.

While we were lucky they had availability at last minute, they were so kind and supportive during a stressful time in our lives. The deliver person was very professional and was very thorough with instructions on usage and storage tips. The price was right as well. Pick up and drop off was seamless. We will definitely use them again for any temporary storage needs.

She was very friendly and helpful and arranged for the container to be delivered the next day. I received updates on the status of the delivery and when the container arrived the driver was friendly and courteous to my wife and put the container exactly where we wanted it. Shortly after the delivery I received an email from another rep, introducing themselves as the person who would help with the arrangements of getting our container picked up and delivered to another city. All in all there was great customer service through the entire process.
