E	Emmanuel Makinde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent and clean Laboratory. It's always recommended to schedule an appointment if you can but if you can't, Walk-in option is also available and the wait time is usually between 25 minutes to 40 minutes which depends on the number fi people waiting as well.
C	Co Mac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you intend on going here for blood work, you MUST keep in mind that appointments are borderline necessity as they are insanely busy all of the time. Without an appointment, the average wait time is approximately an hour. With that said, I saw no issues with staff or how blood was drawn, it was fairly typical of a lab.

I sat for 20mins and then looked at the screen, I wasn’t even on it. I then walked up to front desk and told them I checked in at 8:40 and my name isn’t even on the screen. She said oh someone forgot to put you in. I then sat for another 80 mins and still not called. Time sensitive and walk-ins seem to be getting called. I then walked up to desk and asked for my requisition back as I couldn’t wait any longer and was getting shaky.She never batted an eye and handed me the requisition back.now I ask you what’s the use of having an appointment! And this wasn’t the first time this has happened, just the first time I’ve wrote here. Something has got to change?
M	Mubbasher Farooq on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took 2 hours to wait even though I booked an appointment online before going. Had to get blood work done for 3year old who was fasting. Unbelievable. We need either another lab or more techs helping people. Just to check in is 15mints wait. This is so wrong.

And this lady stuck a needle too far in my arm, hitting a nerve and now my arm is blue and purple and haven't been able to lift anything with it. I expressed it hurts and tried moving her hand back and she refused. They need more training and if it hurts, BACK OFF!

But it doesn't seem to matter if you make an appointment or not your wait time will be similar. We NEED another lab built in Lloydminster!!!! The one we have is always busy and people have to wait ridiculous time even with an appointment. People who need blood work done are more than likely not doing it because they can't afford the time off work! My son needed blood work done. I booked an appointment and there was still a 2 hour wait. People who were walk in were told upon entry that the wait time would be 2.5 hours. Once we finally got in to have the work done it took 15 min to complete but to have to wait 2 hours is crazy!
G	George Hofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I need blood work done once/ month and things have perked up since a year ago. I have to compliment the staff for being so helpfull and polite. One joung nurse was great who did my ECG on the last visit. To bad I forgot her name. Any way I enjoy going there now. Would recommend everybody. The staff is awesome.
