So this is actually a complaint about the waiting room system. I think the staff at the Fort Sask location are actually really good at what they do. And, like the rest of us, are at the mercy of the scheduling system and how fast they can get through the backload of customers. I didn't have a lot of time to wait to walk-in, so I elected to use DynaLIFE's save my place appointment system through their website. So I was given the option of 9:53am. I selected this option at 9:25am. The website said to be there before 9:53am so because I'm habitually early, I was there at 9:45am and in the waiting room. I saw that my name was near the top of the list. It stayed near the top for about 10 minutes. Then it disappeared. So I waited. And waited. And waited. At 10:40, after watching 3 people who were also walk-ins come and go after I sat down, I got up and asked for my requisition back. I got back to work and sat down at my desk and then I received a text message saying they were ready for me. So if they're going to send me a text message, why would I need to use the save my place feature from the website? I wasted an hour of my time. Not impressed. The people responsible for the waiting process need to take a hard look at what is going on and streamline it. Really guys. Who has more than an hour in their work day to spend sitting in your waiting room? NOT HAPPY.

Absolutely horrible service. Felt like a peice of garbage as soon as got past the front desk. The girl at the desk was great, but as soon as I was turned over to the lab staff it went downhill. The lab tech told me to sit on the chair at the end on the left. Like anyone knows the landscape of an office area. She kicked me out of that chair and said it was hers. From there it progressed to being rudely stabbed with a needle for blood work (stabbed is an understatement), then interrogated as to why I am having an ECG. Like its her business!! I was given no direction where to go to complete my urine sample. She just left the ECG room.. Once I completed my urine sample I was left to figure out and treated like a dumby where to leave it. Never going back there. Thanks to the tech with glasses and grey/white hair! If you hate your job... just quite or retire. The health services wonder why they don't get support when they complain they're so over worked!

Absolutely fantastic experience. I was lucky to get Sydney who explained every step of taking blood and my ECG. I genuinely never felt a thing when she took blood and she was very efficient. My ECG was so easy. The stick on pads were off before I knew it. When she left the room I actually rechecked her work because I did not feel some stickers being taken off. Overall this experience was a pleasure which on its own feels odd to say. Thank you all.

Always had an amazing Experience I don’t usually pay attention to the technician name who is doing my blood test or who takes In my appointment but today I made sure I remembered her name. A huge thank you to Sydney for being absolutely an angel.

Don’t bother making an appointment. They just call you up as if you were a walk-in anyway. I made an appointment, they just keep calling the previous walk-ins up. 30 min after my appointment time, I get called even though my name was next up on appointment list that whole time. This has happened numerous times. What a disappointment.

The older lady who seems to run the reception area was incredibly rude, not only to myself but to the two customers ahead of me. She seemed very inconvenienced by walk ins as well as just people in general. Despite being 30 mins early to my appointment and checking in with reception, I was not contacted to come in from my vehicle until 30 mins AFTER my scheduled appointment time. When I tried to call them and explain I had to leave and could no longer wait due to another appointment no one would answer the 5 phone calls I attempted to make. I completely empathize with being busy. I do not empathize with rudeness, a condescending attitude and lack of professional communication skills.

I was a walk-in client and the wait was not long, maybe 15 or 20 minutes which is reasonable. I get blood work done routinely and have not had a bad experience when attending this location. The lab technician taking my blood was professional and courteous. I did not feel the needle at all the last two times I got blood taken by two different technicians.

I went in for some blood work and ECG this past Tuesday. It was my second time having to go there, it was good the first time I went but this time it was an even better experience. Tara the beautiful woman that works there checked me in quickly and efficiently. She was also the one who took my blood and gave me my ECG. Some other places that I've gone too in the past have people there that don't really like their jobs but Tara loves her's and it shows, she was very friendly, engaging and caring. She explained the process of what was happening and made sure I knew what was going on at all times. I heard her act the same way towards others that were there. As with myself she was awesome with other people as well. Having someone there that cares that much makes what can be a stressful experience very pleasant. Dyna life is a better place with her as an employee and the next time I have to go there I hope Tara is the one who does the process again with me.
