★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For some reason during Covid-19 they are not using their online check-in system and instead are having people line up in the 30 degree temperatures to wait to enter. Irony is the check in system would allow people to wait in their cars and not risk being near other sick people who need testing done. They receive 2 stars because the nurses are excellent, but whoever is running this place is an idiot and should be fired for forcing sick, mostly elderly people to wait next to each other in the summer heat instead of using their online check-in system. The negligence and stupidity is mind blowing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My exam room was DIRTY. There was dust and dry liquid on the exam bed, garbage on the floor, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. I was there first thing in the morning so no other patients had been in the room before me. This was also during our second Covid lockdown and although they had a regulated entry system, exiting the building I had to walk back through the same way, walking past people with in a foot of me. Everyone was nice and my time there was fast but I felt unsafe and dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've gotten a lot of blood work done in the last year, so I've been to Dynacare quite a bit. The staff are great, super friendly.
But try to get anyone on the phone? Don't even bother. I've tried calling multiple times for the last couple of days to see if my lab requisition has been received, instead of standing outside for lord knows how long, in the cold/rain, with an infant, just to find out.
I do understand they are busy, especially with everything else in place with covid, but what's the point of having a phone if it's literally never answered?
