★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found initially that this employment resource and their employment personal can be unprofessional and unsupportive. Initial contact is poor, zoom meeting links sent minutes before interviews, frustrating trying to export help and job services. They pretty much rely on internet job postings, and there doesn't seem to be a job developer available on site or by phone.
So unhappy with this service.

Lauren made me an amazing resume and cover letter and Both her and Ashley helped me look for jobs that worked for me. I cannot thank them enough. The service itself is amazing for anyone who needs it. 110% recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We reached out to Durham Region Unemployed Help after a few unsuccessful attempts at advertising an Administrator / Office position on our own. Ashley worked through the position with us only to find we were actually requiring a candidate with Operations experience. Ashley was able to find our needle in a hay stack! Dave has been with us for five weeks and we couldn’t be happier. He is a huge asset to our business and looking forward to see how the position evolves into something greater than our expectations.
